oh and should i point out how the heart shadow and the gastric bubble are on the right side of the patient (instead of the physiological location on the left) so the xray is probably viewed in a flipped (hence inaccurate) manner? except, of course if the person this film belongs to has sinus invertus. just saying. okaybai.
